All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all custom orders, party favors, cake toppers, centerpieces, signs, cutouts, balloon décor, and other personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not started. After 48 hours or once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled and payments are non-refundable.

 

Deposits & Event Bookings

A 25% deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated on your invoice. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order! If you receive an item that is damaged or significantly different from what was approved, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and provide clear photos. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution.

 

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their design before production. Once a design has been approved, changes may not be possible and additional fees may apply for requested changes.

 

Balloon Décor

Balloons are subject to natural changes caused by temperature, humidity, transportation, and handling. Once a balloon installation has been completed and accepted by the client, refunds will not be issued for normal balloon deflation, popping, or environmental changes.

 

Event Cancellations / Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Deposits remain non-refundable.
